WI Futurity Membership Form
	Complete this form in order to nominate any horse to the WI Futurity. Members also receive all mailings, including the nomination packets sent out in April of each year. All WI Futurity memberships expire 12/31 of each year.
Stallion Donor Contract
	This is the contract for anyone interested in donating a stallion service to the WI Futurity Limited Breeder's Auction held each year in January. It can be completed and submitted anytime during the year, and that service will be auctioned off at the next auction.
